Introduction
Natalia Brzezinski is the Founder & CEO of Absolute Strategies, a platform focused on bridging and building tech hubs around the world, and driving soft power and storytelling in the tech ecosystem. She specializes in supporting the expansion of European companies into the U.S. market, and bridging transatlantic entrepreneurship. Brzezinski served as the U.S. Head of Strategy for Klarna from 2020-2023, and during this period helped grow the U.S. into Klarna’s biggest market. She supported Klarna’s market expansion teams in opening and growing several new markets including Canada, France, Spain, and Poland. She later served as Klarna’s Global Head of Business Development from 2023-2025. Prior to Klarna, she served as the CEO of Brilliant Minds Conference and Foundation from 2015-2020, an initiative founded by Spotify founder Daniel Ek focused on cementing Sweden as a global technology hub and bridging the worlds of global industry and technology. Throughout her career, she has held cutting-edge roles in the U.S. Senate Press Office under Senator John Kerry, The Huffington Post, and the U.S. Embassy in Sweden working at the intersection of digitalization and diplomacy, innovation and leadership. From 2016-2019, Natalia hosted The Brilliant Minds Podcast, one of Spotify’s earliest original pieces, where she held conversations with entrepreneurs, politicians, artists and activists that share a passion for leveraging creativity for impact. Brzezinski is an advisor to Mannequin, AI-enabled photo studios for fashion brands, and Girlgroup, a Los Angeles-based technology platform that connects young women and empowers them to build powerful friendships and innovate new business relationships.
